What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ServiceON Support:Our service call fee* is $95 - to cover a time, energy, experience and gas it takes us to repair your appliance and research parts and availability. Because we think every job has to be paid. Repair price will be charged only after onsite diagnostics.
Service call fee for the second or next appliance diagnostics at the household/property is $48 with no additional discounts and charges.
So no hidden fees, maximum clear deal and reliable repair. We always try to go the extra mile for customers, it's our main priority.
We waive the service call price if you proceed with repair. Explore our promos we offer our clients --> Promotions page.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ServiceON Support:We would recommend you to text us back, or give us a call, or visit our website to book a service with us.
Our technicians will come to you and make a diagnostics of your appliance to establish the cause your appliance is not working properly. Only after that we will be able to give you a clear, with break-down estimate for a repair service and estimated time of upcoming work, like all professionals do.
We value our services’ quality. So no one, who wants to be a reliable and honest technician, can give you an estimate of the repair online or using the power of thoughts.
