Are your technicians factory certified?
Yes. ServiceON holds current factory authorization for Miele, Viking, Liebherr, La Cornue and True Residential, with training and diagnostic software supplied by the manufacturers. We are a California BHGS Registered Service Dealer, BEAR License #49373, and hold EPA Section 608 Universal certification for sealed-system and refrigerant work.
Do you use genuine manufacturer parts?
We install only original manufacturer-approved parts. Aftermarket substitutes can void your appliance warranty and are not used. Customer-supplied parts are installed only by prior written agreement and carry no warranty.
How quickly can you respond to a repair request?

What should I have ready for the appointment?
Please make sure the appliance is accessible, and have the model and serial number from the rating plate on hand — it determines which parts are carried to the visit. Note when the problem started, whether it is constant or intermittent, and any code shown on the display. An adult 18 or older must be present for the full arrival window.
Is there a warranty on your repair work?
Yes. Workmanship is covered from the date the repair is completed, and parts carry the manufacturer’s service-parts warranty, which varies by brand. The exact terms that apply to your repair are stated on the invoice — see our warranty page for details.
