Signature Kitchen Suite is the built-in premium line launched by LG in 2016. Two features set the platform apart from conventional built-ins, and both change what service involves.
Integrated sous vide. Selected rangetops and cooktops carry a built-in sous vide water bath in the cooking surface — a sealed basin with its own heating element, temperature probe and dedicated control board. No other residential brand builds this into the hob, so the assembly has no equivalent in a standard cooktop and is diagnosed on its own circuit.
Convertible refrigeration zones. Column and undercounter models include compartments that switch between refrigerator, freezer and wine-storage temperatures. Each zone runs its own damper, sensor and airflow path, so a temperature complaint means identifying which zone is at fault and in which mode it was set before anything is measured.
Both systems are electronically controlled, which means a fault report starts with the model and serial number and the exact configuration in use at the time.
Have the model and serial number from the rating plate ready, along with a description of the behaviour — when it started, whether it is constant or intermittent, and any reading on the display. Custom finish and panel-ready configurations affect parts ordering, so note those as well.
