Recertified every year. Manufacturer training is not a one-time event — platforms change, control boards change, diagnostic software changes. Ivan completes the annual authorization programs with each major brand directly, then delivers that training in-house to the ServiceON team.
That structure exists for two reasons: it keeps certification current across the whole team without waiting on external course schedules, and it puts the same diagnostic standard on every job — the procedures a technician follows in your kitchen are the ones set and verified internally.

Direct from the manufacturer
Authorization training comes from the brands themselves — not third-party courses. Access to factory diagnostic software, service bulletins and technical documentation follows the authorization.
Renewed annually
Each major brand authorization is renewed every year. New platforms, revised fault-code tables and updated procedures are covered as they are released.
Passed on in-house
Our lead technician trains the rest of the team directly. Same procedures, same instruments, same standard on every call — verified on site rather than assumed.
