What matters in service

• Ice makers in this class produce, harvest and drain in a compact chassis — water supply, harvest cycle and drain are the three places a fault usually sits.
• Wine captains hold tighter temperature bands than a beverage center, so the same drift complaint means different things across the line.
• Sealed-system work requires EPA Section 608 certification.

Have the model and serial number from the rating plate ready, along with a description of the behaviour — when it started, whether it is constant or intermittent, and any code shown on the display. Appointments run in a two-hour arrival window.
