AGA Appliance Repair

British cast-iron cooker maker founded in 1922, now part of the Middleby group alongside Viking. The classic AGA is a heat-storage cooker: a cast-iron mass held at temperature continuously rather than heated on demand.

What AGA makes

Cast-iron range cookers, module ranges, and companion cooking appliances.

What matters in service

• Heat-storage models behave nothing like a conventional range — there is thermal mass to bring up and no fast response to a control change.
• Electric, gas and oil-fired variants exist across the line, each with its own supply and control.
• Cast-iron construction makes these among the heaviest domestic appliances to move or service.

Authorization

ServiceON holds current factory authorization for AGA, which covers in-warranty work performed under contract with the manufacturer. We are a California BHGS Registered Service Dealer, BEAR #49373, with EPA Section 608 Universal certification for sealed-system and refrigerant work.
