Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm. Appointments use a four-hour arrival window. Appointment availability is confirmed for the appliance, address and access requirements. Findings and proposed work are reviewed before you authorize repair.
Start with what you observe
Ice, water or frost concerns
Describe where the ice, water or frost appears and whether door behavior or recent plumbing work changed.
Noise, alarms or control messages
Photograph the exact message and note whether it is continuous or intermittent. A symptom does not by itself identify the failed component.
Prepare for the visit
Send the model and serial label, cabinet installation photos and which compartment is affected. Mention recent power or water events and any obstruction to service access.

Diagnosis and the repair decision
Cooling, airflow, controls and other relevant systems are evaluated as the model permits. A hidden fault may require additional checks after an initially approved repair; further work requires your approval.
The technician explains the findings and proposed scope. Parts, additional access work and any revised repair scope are agreed before that work proceeds.
